SME: Do you want to develop your business activity in Canada?

Space2IDGO members invite SMEs to participate to a mission in Canada (Ontario Region – Toronto / Ottawa) dedicated to Space applications applied for Mobility and Logistics.

It will be a unique opportunity to meet “state of the art” Canadian actors in Space downstream applications and in Logistics and to propose your European expertise to face with them challenges in Mobility and Logistics for North American Continent.

The mission is planned from the 28 to 29 of October 2019 in Toronto.

SPACE2IDGO Canada mission

In September 2018, a delegation of SPACE2IDGO partners (Skywin & Logistics in Wallonia) went to Canada, Ontario and Quebec Regions, and met nearly 30 key people in more than 15 business organisations during an exploratory trip.

In four days three promising sectors were approached: logistics, mobility and aerospace.

These fruitful meetings show that the “smaller common denominator” between these 3 sectors and recent developments of Superclusters in Canada is the Artificial Intelligence (AI) or deep learning sector. AI is indeed an indispensable tool for satellite applications to reach the very low-cost level required by the Logistics and Mobility sectors.

A matchmaking mission for SMEs will be set up in 2019 with the ambition to create synergies and develop business opportunities for European SMEs members of the SPACE2IDGO program.
